NextGen Information Services was founded as an Information Technology Staffing and Consulting business. Our CEO and founder, Maria, del Carmen Jacob, gathered a core group of IT professionals, all of whom had worked for years in IT development, delivery and staffing, to focus their experience and energy into building a viable staffing services corporation. Started in 1997 as a regional business, NextGen expanded and grew. Our singular focus to provide our clients quality talent at reasonable rates has made our rapid national expansion possible.
NextGen Project Services is a division of NextGen Information Services, Inc. Headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri; NextGen Information Services operates branch offices in St. Louis, Chicago, Denver, Colorado Springs and San Antonio. These offices support 26 states nationwide. In addition to these locations our off-shore center in Bangalore, India, gives us the capability and flexibility needed by our Clients. We are agile, flexible, and adapt quickly to the shifting needs of our client base.
The Project Services division of NextGen started with a favor to a small client. They wanted more than just staff for a project; they needed a custom application without the hassle of analysis, management, development and testing. That success, led to additional successes and the realization that not only was there a need for this service but NextGen had developed skill in the delivery of small and medium sized applications.
