In December 2006, the Disability Resource Association (Missouri) engaged NextGen to create a new, web-based, state of the art application that would sustain their core business processes. DRA's mission is to assist disabled persons to maintain an independent lifestyle in their own home. To that end, it is paramount to have reliable and accurate systems and procedures to support that endeavor. NextGen has worked closely with DRA to create the most sophisticated Social Service application of its kind.

Introduction
The Disability Resource Employed Attendant Management System (DREAMS ), was designed from the ground up to assist with the delivery of Consumer Directed Services and Independent Living Services.
Participant Management
Tracks Consumers, Attendants, Aides, Staff, Vendors, Politicians, Physicians and other personnel.
Time Entry
Enables the tracking of time spent in the service of Consumer for payroll and reporting to Federal and State agencies.
