Payroll
Complete earnings and withholdings management for Attendants and Aides. Includes tax computations and reporting to the Internal Revenue Service.

Eligibility
Enables the consumer directed services organization to verify the eligibility of the consumer for better reimbursement.

Billing
Manages the entire billing and reimbursement process with Medicaid.

Banking
Manages the reconciliation of multiple accounts. Includes the ability to generate miscellaneous checks and transfer funds from one account to another.

Reporting
Various reports have been developed to make life easier or to satisfy federal and state reporting requirements. These reports include the Federal SS4, 2848, 8821, 940, 941 and the 704 reports. The state reports 2643, 2699 , 2827 , and SUTA (940) . Release 2.3 (available June 2009) of the DREAMS application, will include the Quarterly CDS Financial and CDS Services Reports. And that's just the beginning!

Dreams as a Service
DREAMS is a web enabled software application. You can access it from any where using a web browser (IE7 preferred). DREAMS uses a software delivery model known as software as a service (SaaS). The application runs your data on our servers in a secure environment. A monthly seat license fee, based upon number of concurrent users, puts you in control of your costs.
